After having completed the Bachelor’s program in Economics and Socio-Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2011, Julian obtained his M.A. diploma in Economic Policy in Global Markets from Central European University, Budapest, in 2013 and the degree as Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Economics in 2016. From 2008 to 2013, he held a scholarship of the German National Academic Foundation. He joined the chair of Prof. Regina T. Riphahn, Ph.D., at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in October 2016.
